Each engagement begins with a full-day on-site mock inspection structured to CQC single assessment framework expectations. Registered managers are interviewed — not briefed. A written report follows, with prioritised actions and, where needed, direct delivery of the follow-through work: updated policies, rebuilt evidence packs, restructured governance documentation.

A specialist clinic delivering advanced clinical therapies needed its governance infrastructure built from the ground up — across CQC and MHRA. The challenge was not compliance for its own sake.
